How I can help you
We’ll explore your difficulties together, in total confidence. As well as listening to you, without judgement, counselling with me will help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and support you in changing them if you want to. If you’re experiencing relationship or sexual difficulties, I’ll guide you in resolving these issues. There are also tools and techniques that can help.
I’m a fully qualified, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. As well as working with individuals, I specialise in couples and relationship therapy. I’m also a psychosexual (sex) therapist.
We all find life hard to cope with at times.
