Online video and phone therapy

We're still taking on new clients. Although we can't meet face to face at the moment, we're still offering therapy via online video sessions or on the phone.

f you're an existing client or thinking about starting therapy, let us know if online video or phone therapy would benefit you at this difficult time for all of us.

What do you need?

Whatever you need from us – counselling, longer-term psychotherapy, relationship therapy or psychosexual (sex) therapy – we’ll explore your difficulties together, in total confidence. We'll listen to you without judgement. And we’ll work with you to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and support you in changing them if you want to.

As well as working in private practice in the Reigate / Redhill area of Surrey, our therapists have worked for a number of professional organisations. These include Relate (the UK's Largest Provider Of Relationship Support), RASASC (Rape and Sexual Support Centre), and Mind (the mental health charity).

Because we are specialists in our areas of expertise, people come to see us from across Surrey, Sussex, London and the South-East.
