Online video and phone therapy

Although we can't always meet face to face at the moment, I offer therapy via online video sessions or on the phone. This is just as effective and many people like the freedom to speak with me from wherever they might be in the world!

What do you need?

Whatever you need from me - relationship therapy or psychosexual (sex) therapy, counselling or longer-term psychotherapy - we'll explore your difficulties together, in total confidence. I'll listen to you without judgement. Together we'll understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and I'll support you in changing them if you want to.

As well as working in private practice in the Reigate / Redhill area of Surrey, I have worked for a number of professional organisations. These include Relate (the UK's Largest Provider Of Relationship Support), and Mind (the mental health charity).

Because I'm a specialist in my areas of expertise, people come to see me from across Surrey, Sussex, London and the South-East. And because I also offer online therapy, I work with people from many different countries.

Relationship therapy

Strong, positive relationships contribute to a long, healthy and happy life. But what if things aren't going so well? Relationship counselling will help you make sense of what's going on. I'll give you equal time, understanding and attention, and support you through what can be a challenging and emotional process.

People come to me for help with many different relationship problems, including:

Affairs and infidelity

Arguments and conflict

Betrayal or deceit

Children / family

Coping with a crisis

Lost connection

Poor communication

Pre-marital / living together guidance

Individual counselling

We all find life hard to cope with at times.

Bereavement and grief

Decluttering / hoarding
