Integrative psychotherapy

Psychotherapy can help you make sense of your feelings and understand yourself and your life better. You will be supported in making positive changes, and able to move forward in life with greater self-awareness, belief and confidence.

Di is an Integrative Psychotherapist, so she combines different therapeutic approaches and tools to fit the needs of each individual client.

A single approach to psychotherapy can’t be right for everyone. Integrative psychotherapy is much more flexible and inclusive than using just one approach, for example Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) on its own.
