What is integrative therapy?
We’re all different, so I combine different therapeutic approaches and tools to fit the needs of each individual client.

A single approach to therapy can’t be right for everyone. Integrative therapy is much more flexible and inclusive than using just one approach, for example Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) on its own.
