As an integrative psychotherapist, I can help you make sense of your feelings and understand yourself and your life better. In time, you will feel more confident and in control, and find a way forward.

What is integrative therapy?
We’re all different, so I combine different therapeutic approaches and tools to fit the needs of each individual client.

A single approach to therapy can’t be right for everyone. Integrative therapy is much more flexible and inclusive than using just one approach, for example Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) on its own.

I'll support you in working through what’s troubling you, for example:

  • Anxiety, including generalised anxiety disorder and health anxiety
  • Anger
  • Bereavement and grief
  • Bullying
  • Decluttering / hoarding
  • Depression
  • Emotional and physical abuse
  • Low self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Rape and sexual abuse
  • Self-harm
  • Separation and divorce
  • Stress, including school, university and work-related stress
  • Trauma
